The Shape of the Lock Design

The shape of the lock design is the shape of our ancient copper lock. The overall shape is like a cube, with a horizontal bar in the middle, suitable for handling with a crane.

It has a rectangular design shape and requires grooves for loading and unloading on both sides of the weight and handling grooves for forklift transportation at the bottom of the weight. The sides and corners of the weight should be rounded, and the surface should not have sharp edges or sharp angles and sand holes to prevent wear and dust accumulation.

Surface condition: In order to improve the resistance and hardness of the weight, the surface of the weight should have appropriate metal plating or coating.

Flat weights are suitable for handling by crane or forklift, and can also be stacked.

Round roll design shape: The round roll weight is oval in the middle, with a handle on each side, which can be rolled by two people or moved by a crane.

Cylindrical design shape: The cylindrical shape is the shape of our common cylinder. The weight is relatively high, and the upper end has a lifting eye like the lock weight, which is suitable for lifting with a crane.
